its not easy to be a leader...
1st...you muz not show ur unhappy or bad mood infront of ur follower...
2nd...you muz be happy and make ur follower happy...
3rd...if ur follower is not happy then u muz persuade them, caring them give them support all the time...
but wat if is the leader who is very moody...
but wat if is the leader who is unhappy...
who come caring them???
then still have to pretend tat r very happy infront of follower...
its suffering...:'(
